- Harassing other members or anyone using QuickInsert Content or services
5. Use of Content and License
QuickInsert enables users to post information, data, text, and other content ("Content") to its Website and other Websites. This Content can be published to QuickInsert by members on Websites anywhere. You understand and agree that your Content is accessable to users who visit Websites using QuickInsert.
When you add Content to QuickInsert, you agree and warrant that you rightfuly own the Content or control all rights to the Content, and that you are not infringing upon or violating any third party's rights. Before adding Content to QuickInsert, you agree that you have obtained the legal right to do so.
